For the past 20 years, I have dedicated my life to the practice of yoga, nurturing both body and spirit through various forms of this ancient discipline. My journey began as a personal quest for balance and inner peace, but over time, it evolved into a profound passion for sharing the transformative benefits of yoga with others. As a seasoned instructor, I guide students through each pose, emphasizing the importance of mindfulness and breath. Through compassionate approaches fostering and welcoming all levels where we can explore strengths and limitations. Committed to making yoga accessible, I also conduct workshops and community classes, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to discover the peace and clarity that yoga can bring into their lives. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group classes, my mission is clear: to empower others to embrace their own journey towards wellness and self-discovery.
